The music world has undoubtedly taken a hard hit in 2020 due to the coronavirus. But the best artists in the genre aren’t going to let a global pandemic stop them from recording some incredible new music! From Colorado-based Bowregard and Masontown to established Nashville old guards like The Grascals and Junior Sisk, there have been some fantastic new releases in 2020.
Some of my favorites include an EP from my friend Dylan McCarthy—a young, award-winning Colorado mandolinist—and the latest effort from Special Consensus, “Chicago Barn Dance.”
