To ensure the Hudson Valley Bluegrass Association complies with New York State law, we have updated our By-Laws to incorporate explicit language regarding our Conflict of Interest Policy.
Additionally, we have corrected minor typographical errors in the original Constitution while keeping its content largely unchanged.
In accordance with ARTICLE V, Amendments, Section 1 of our Constitution, we are making both documents available for review by our members and readership.

Amendments
● Section 1
This Constitution and the By-Laws may be amended, repealed, or altered in whole or in part by a two-thirds vote at any regular meeting of the HVBA Board. Any recommended changes in the Constitution or By-Laws shall be presented in writing to the general membership in the newsletter preceding any regular Board meeting. These changes shall then be voted upon at that meeting, and if a two-thirds vote is obtained, said change or changes shall become effective.
