Enjoy special guests from the region and beyond as they drop by the studio to pick a few for you and find out what’s happening in bluegrass throughout the Hudson Valley. From Bill Monroe’s gospel to new acoustic explorations, call in’s and requests are welcome.

Jim Wright is a visual artist and bluegrass musician from Northern Virginia, who now makes his home in New York’s bluegrass capital, Ancramdale. Jim has been a bluegrass enthusiast and picker for nearly 20 years where he has gained appreciation for bluegrass music from its founding and roots to the contemporary galaxy of grass related acoustic music.
