If you’re a bluegrass fan, you have a memory of seeing a great band play live. Whether at a festival or in a concert hall, live bluegrass has a great energy to it—and live recordings are a great way to relive that experience. Some of bluegrass’s most iconic albums were recorded live onstage, like Old and in the Way’s 1973 Live recordings, Ralph Stanley and the Clinch Mountain Boys’ Live in Japan, and Flatt and Scruggs’ Live at Carnegie Hall. Enjoy this playlist of great live bluegrass!
