Ladies and Gentlemen,
Warm greetings to you on a cold, wet day ... From Uncommon Ground's World Headquarters at an undisclosed location in the scenic Hudson Valley, we bring you news of the upmost importance.

As it turns out, THE TOWNE CRIER CAFE has not turned out the lights, locked the doors and gone out of business as had been previously reported. We are told that the final date grew ever closer, both landlord and proprietor were able to craft an agreement allowing the Towne Crier to remain open on a month-by-month basis until either the landlord can find a buyer for the property or The Towne Crier can find a permanent new home. So ... is anyone up for taking advantage of this and getting together here on Friday? It could turn out that this really will be the last time we'll get to be together here or ... maybe we'll be able to get a few more appearances in before the lock goes on the door. Either way, this seemed like a great opportunity so we jumped on the date as soon as it was offered and now all we need to make sure it's a great evening is ...
